Welcome to the Southwest Family Support Network Website!

IT’S A NEW YEAR… Welcome! Our new website is up and running and we are pleased to be able to get the information, resources and supports that you and your family need in navigating and learning about what is available for your family and children with disabilities.

The CT Family Support Network helps families to obtain supports and resources specific to their individual needs. We offer the following services:

The Network was created by the Connecticut Family Support Council, a legislatively established partnership of parents and professionals working to improve supports for families of children with disabilities. We work with the following state departments:
